A chance meeting and a spark of inspiration led our owner and pioneer, Sebastian Tan, to realise the potential of distributing premium food and beverages from overseas suppliers to meet the growing demand for European delicacies in Singapore.

Founded in 1986, with a modest team of 5 staff and a handful of premium products, Euraco Finefood continues to be in the “business of bringing happiness to the people” (Tan, Sebastian).

His understanding of the complexities of satisfying people’s tastebuds, the importance of seasonal produce and products, using unique and sustainable products and an understanding of what the people want is what brought Euraco FineFood into popularity amongst professional chefs and home chefs alike.

Over the years, Euraco has expanded its product offerings to include some of the finest, freshest and flavourful products from Europe. Euraco proudly represents and distributes a variety of brands and products including Valrhona Chocolate, Elle & Vire, Illy Coffee, Joselito Iberico Ham and specialty products airflown from Japan, just to name a few. Euraco continues to bring in many seasonal items that are in high demand such as wagyu beef, lamb and even special festive items.

Like a menu, Euraco seeks to provide you with all the key ingredients and products you need for breakfast, lunch, dinner and even dessert. Continuing to be custodians of new and sustainable brands from all over Europe, Euraco is always making sure that all products and ingredients go hand in hand. As a result, the commitment to providing the highest quality products and services.

Euraco works closely with its suppliers to ensure that its products meet the highest standards. Euraco has a team of well trained, experienced, knowledgeable and dedicated staff who provide excellent customer service.

Euraco has also expanded its operations beyond Singapore. In 2006, the company opened a subsidiary in Malaysia, New Cuisine Finefood.
